Registration Request Form is required to allow a user to merchant relationship
is setup ensuring safety and integrity for WA Hino.
Once your application has been received, contact will be made with WA Hino
requesting permission that you, the user, be able
to search and order parts from their online inventory. You will
be notified as soon as permission has been granted and your
username and password have been activated.
